Officer Mike Rood, of the Richmond Police Department of California sent this tweet tonight to Dana White (presumably having to do with the UFC fraud that has ongoing court cases). After hundreds of complaints were filed on the RPD’s Facebook page, they disabled public comments and deleted all wall comments that had to do with the situation. Officer Rood violated California Penal Code Section: 422* (which can be found here) and disciplinary action needs to be taken. Police brutality and censorship of illegal actions are not something that should be ignored - whether it’s verbal or physical. If you have time, head over to the RPD page and leave a complaint anywhere and everywhere. Or, you can go straight to the RPD website and log a formal complaint that way. I recommend doing both!
